Privacy policy — N0d9
In short
The publisher collects no personal data. The game has no account, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not communicate with any server of the publisher: what you do in the game stays on your device. Only Google Play services (purchase and updates) communicate with Google.
Data stored on your device
To work offline, the game stores the following locally, on your device:
- your nickname and settings (language, sound, music, animations, Collection items);
- the game in progress, your game history and the ranking against the bots;
- your badges, your progress in the campaign and in Adventure, and your experience.
This data is never sent to the publisher. The nickname is a free player name: do not use your real name if you do not wish to.
Android backup
If backup is enabled on your device, Android may include the game data in your Google account backup, or transfer it to a new device. This backup is managed by Google, under its own privacy rules; the publisher has no access to it. You can turn it off in your device settings.
Export, import and sharing
The Settings menu lets you export your data to a JSON file and import it later. If you share a game result, the game creates an image on your device. In both cases, you choose in the Android share menu which app receives the file (Drive, messaging, etc.); the publisher receives no copy.
Full version purchase and updates
The game is free; the full version is unlocked by a single in-app purchase, processed by Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google: the publisher receives neither your payment details nor your email address. The game only asks Google Play whether the full version was purchased on your account, in order to unlock it and to restore it after a reinstallation.
When the device is online, the game also asks Google Play whether a new version is available, so that it can offer to install it.
These exchanges go through components provided by Google and built into the game. Google may process technical information needed for these services, under its privacy policy.
Permissions
The game uses Internet access and network state only to communicate with Google Play (purchase, purchase restoration, updates). It requests no sensitive permission: no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone, no access to your personal files.
Children
The publisher collects no data, including from children. The game is not specifically designed for an audience under 13.
Deleting your data
- Settings › Reset everything erases all game data from this device;
- uninstalling the app also erases it from the device;
- any Android backups are managed from your device or Google account settings.
Your rights of access, rectification and erasure (GDPR) are exercised directly on the device, since the publisher holds no data about you. For any question, you can write to the address below.
Changes
Should the game ever process new data, this page would be updated before the version concerned, with a new effective date. It remains available at this address.
- Version 2 (19 October 2026): details on Android backup, updates, sharing and permissions.
- Version 1 (13 October 2026): first version.
