Privacy policy — Qui Commence ? (Who Goes First?)
In short
The publisher collects no personal data. The app has no account, no advertising and no analytics, and it makes no network connection: the player names you enter stay on your device.
Data stored on your device
To keep your settings from one game to the next, the app stores locally:
- the list of player names you enter (up to 12);
- the selected language (French, English or Spanish).
This data is never sent to the publisher or to any third party. Names are free text: use first names or nicknames if you prefer.
Android backup
Automatic backup is turned off for this app: its data is not copied to your Google account backup. During a direct transfer to a new phone (cable or wireless transfer offered by Android), the system may still copy the app's data; this transfer stays between your devices and the publisher has no access to it.
Network and sounds
The app works fully offline: the game, images, fonts and sounds are built into the app, which contacts no server. Sound effects are generated by the app itself; the microphone is never used.
Permissions
The app only declares Internet access, required by the display component it is built on; it makes no connection. It requests no sensitive permission: no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone, no access to your files.
Download from Google Play
Installation and updates go through Google Play, under Google's privacy policy. The app itself includes no Google service.
Children
The publisher collects no data, including from children. The app is not specifically designed for an audience under 13.
Deleting your data
- in the app, remove players or use Clear list;
- in Android settings (Apps › Qui Commence ? › Storage), Clear data deletes everything;
- uninstalling the app also deletes its data.
Your rights of access, rectification and erasure (GDPR) are exercised directly on the device, since the publisher holds no data about you. For any question, you can write to the address below.
Changes
Should the app ever process new data, this page would be updated before the version concerned, with a new effective date. It remains available at this address.
- Version 1 (20 October 2026): first version.
